Mexican Loop pattern. Same as HA-2, but with floral carving similar to Teddy Roosevelt's Cheyenne Style holester as made by the Collins Brothers Saddle Shop in Cheyenne.
'Mexican Loop' pattern, 'Cheyenne' variation, Gallatin-Meanea style. Originated in E. L. Gallatin & Co.Saddle Shop. Cheyenne, Wyoming Territory c. 1873. Later made popular by Gallatin's nephew, F. A. Meanea. The Collins Brothers Saddle Shop, also of Cheyenne, made a similar holster. All were characterized by the 'tear drop' toe plug and main seam swell between loops. Made for Colt SAA's, S & W American and Schofield, RemingtonM-1875, Ruger and replicas. Will also work for many double action revolvers. Made in two lengths for 5 1/2 and 7 1/2 inch barrels.
